Our returning families will have the opportunity to re-enroll starting in December 2024. Our new families will be able to register for the new year beginning January 15, 2025 at 12:00am. This link will be here once available.
Due to our very high retention rate of students and the extremely high interest in our school since we built our new school, we anticipate a busy registration period. We HIGHLY encourage parents to register early. Spaces are limited in all classes. We typically offer one of each high school level course and once they fill, an alternate course will need to be chosen. Returning students are placed first prior to January 15th and new students are added in the order that they registered once new student registration occurs.
We have one class in each grade level for elementary and middle school students.

If your child has an IEP, 504, or Psychological Evaluation, please send this to us at Transcripts@TheHavenAcademy.com so we can review this and ensure we can meet the needs of your child.
We will then assist in scheduling a trial day for your student. They can shadow another student for a day and see what it is like to attend our school. We want all students to want to be here and love being here so these trial days are important for student buy in.
Once it has been determined that we are a good fit, your application and enrollment paperwork can be completed. This is all online. You will need your child's vaccination record, transcripts, and any other records for this process. If you are unable to upload these documents when you fill out the paperwork, you may upload a picture of a paper that says you will send it to us via email and when it will be sent. Note that high school students cannot be placed in any classes until we have transcripts and classes are first come, first served on filling. Current vaccination records or religious waivers are required for students to start school on campus.
PLEASE check your spam folders frequently once you apply and add us to your safe sender email list to ensure you do not miss anything important or time sensitive.
Once you have been accepted to our school and all paperwork is complete, please let us know what questions pop up and watch your email from us.
Registration fees are due upon registration. Please see the tuition chart for due dates and amounts of supply fees and tuition. Tuition payments start July 1 and continue through April 1.
We can only make changes to your enrollment (hybrid to full time or full time to hybrid) prior to May 1 and only if we have room in the program you wish to switch to. After this date, we can only move students from hybrid to full time, space permitting. Fridays can be added at any time, space permitting. Note that the enrollment commitment is for a full school year for hybrid and full time programs.
Our full time program runs Monday- Thursday.
Fridays are optional add on days for elementary and middle school students enrolled in full time and hybrid programs. Please see the tuition chart for costs. These are fun activity based courses outside of the regular curriculum for kinder- 7th as well as academic assistance with small group tutoring for middle schoolers. More information on this and classes offered can be found on our website under the Friday Enrichment Program tab.
Fridays are an optional add on for small group tutoring and enrichment for high school students who are hybrid. Our full time students in this age group have Fridays included in their tuition.
Musical Theater on Fridays is open to all ages kindergarten - 12th grade for an additional fee- please see the tuition chart for this info. (Full time high school students can do this program without additional fees).
Kindergarten through 5th grade may choose the hybrid program and attend on Tue/Thur OR Mon/Wed. There is no distinction between them as class activities, science labs, etc will occur as they fit the M-Th schedule best. Parents will be given science and hands on activity supplies OR alternative options to do at home each day. Class parties for holidays will occur on the actual day of holidays or the last day of school prior to the holiday.
6th grade - 12th grade may choose the hybrid program and attend on Tue/Thur OR Mon/Wed. There is no distinction between them as class activities, science labs, etc will occur as they fit the M-Th schedule best. Parents will be given science and hands on activity supplies OR alternative options to do at home each day.
If parents prefer other days for hybrid, they may enroll as a full time student and choose the days that they would like their student to attend. This will also include Fridays for high schoolers in their tuition as stated above.
Our carpool opens at 8:15am each day and classes start at 9:00am. Elementary classes end at 3:30pm and middle and high school classes end at 4:00pm. Carpool ends 15 minutes after the school day ends.
