Enrollment Timeline
November 1: Enrollment Opens
Current students are placed as soon as they re-enroll and pay the enrollment fee in the FACTS parent portal.
November 3: New Siblings
New siblings of current students are placed, first come, first served.
November 4: New Families
New families are placed, first come, first served, as space allows. A tour or call is required before applying.
December 11: Lock In Your Rate
Last day to enroll and keep 2026–27 tuition rates for the full 2027–28 school year.
Mid-December: New Rates Set
Haven's board sets 2027–28 tuition rates. Families who enroll after December 11 pay the new rates.
How to Enroll
Current Haven Families
Re-enroll and pay the $300 enrollment fee per student in your FACTS parent portal. Your child's seat is held as soon as both are complete. Parents will receive an email with instructions on this process.
New Families, Step 1: See If We're a Good Fit
Start by reviewing our Admissions Guidelines page. It explains the students and needs our program serves best. New siblings of current students follow the same steps.
Step 2: Schedule a Tour or Call (Required)
Every new family meets with us before applying, and we give personal tours every day. We'll tell you honestly if Haven is the right fit so you don't lose an application fee. Fees can't be refunded for families who apply without meeting with us first.
Step 3: Apply Online
After your tour or call, complete the new student application and pay the $125 application fee. The application fee applies to all new students, including new siblings.

Step 4: Enroll
Once accepted, pay the $300 enrollment fee per student to hold your seat. Enrollment is a full school-year commitment, and all fees are non-refundable. Please ask any questions before applying or enrolling.
Wait List
If your child's grade is full, pay the $125 application fee to join the wait list. When a seat opens, you'll have 2 days to accept and pay the enrollment fee before the seat is offered to the next family.
2027–28 Tuition and Fees
Lock In These Rates by December 11
Families who enroll by December 11, 2026 keep these rates for the full 2027–28 school year. Rates for families who enroll later are subject to change after the board's December meeting. Tuition is paid in 10 equal monthly payments, July 1, 2027 through April 1, 2028.
Hybrid (2 Days: Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu)
Monthly tuition: K $565 · 1st–5th $640 · 6th–7th $675 · 8th $715 · 9th–12th $715. Add Friday options below. Hybrid is a full year commitment.
Students come two days a week and are in classes with their teachers and friends. Work is assigned for students to complete at home on the other days. Fridays are optional add on days for small group tutoring, more classes, clubs and social time.
Full-Time (4 Days: Monday – Thursday)
Monthly tuition: K $1,195 · 1st–5th $1,350 · 6th–7th $1,445 · 8th $1,505 · 9th–12th $1,505. Add Friday options below. Full time is a full year commitment.
Students come Monday-Thursday for classes with teachers and friends. They complete all work at school without homework (exception is AP courses and make up work). Fridays are an optional add on day for small group tutoring, more classes, clubs, and social time.
Optional Friday Add-Ons (semester commitment)
K–8th: Friday Enrichment +$250, or Friday Enrichment with Musical Theatre +$275. 9th–12th: Friday Group Tutoring +$160, or Full-Day Friday Enrichment Classes +$250. All grades: Musical Theatre +$60. A $50 sibling discount may apply for each additional K–12sibling in full time Friday Enrichment.
Fridays may be enrolled in as an add on to other programs or by itself.
Fees
Application fee $125 (new students, including new siblings) · Enrollment fee $300 per student · Academic Supply & STEM Fee $775, billed separately and payable in installments · Senior fee $275 · Parking (11th–12th) $125. All fees are non-refundable.
Scholarships and Other Options
We accept the Georgia Promise Scholarship, SB-10 (GSNSP), GOAL, AAA, and limited private scholarships from donors. All scholarships are partial, and SB-10 and GOAL recipients attend full-time (5 days).
Also available: seniors with 3 or fewer credits ($560/month hybrid, $1,100/month full-time), AP classes à la carte for homeschoolers ($125/month per class), dual enrollment only ($1,080 for the year), and a Student Service Plan for IEP, 504 or SSP ($125/month).
