The Haven Academy accepts the Georgia Promise Scholarship. Eligible families can receive up to $6,500 a year toward private school tuition, fees, books and more. The next application window is November 1–30, 2026, for the spring semester.
What is the Georgia Promise Scholarship?
The Georgia Promise Scholarship is a state-funded education savings account. Families of eligible students receive up to $6,500 for the 2026–2027 school year, paid in four quarterly installments. The money can go toward private school tuition and fees, required textbooks and curriculum, tutoring from state-certified educators, and occupational, speech, physical and behavioral therapy.
Who qualifies?
Your child may qualify if all of these are true:
• Your child is enrolled in a Georgia public school and has been for two consecutive semesters, or is a rising kindergartner.
• You live in the attendance zone of a public school rated in the lowest-performing 25% in Georgia.
• You have lived in Georgia for at least one year (active-duty military families are exempt).
For the spring semester, families with household income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level get priority. Not sure if your address qualifies? Check it at mygeorgiapromise.org.
