Dual Enrollment at The Haven Academy

---

Haven students have earned college credit every year since 2022. Dual enrollment is one of the ways they do it.

How it works

• Open to students in grades 10–12.
• Students take college courses while staying enrolled at Haven. Most go through Kennesaw State University (KSU) or Chattahoochee Technical College. We can partner with any college, and each college sets its own admission requirements.
• Classes meet on the college campus or online at Haven.
• Parents don't pay for dual enrollment courses.
• Credits go on both the college transcript and the Haven transcript.

Who helps

Our high school academic advisor works with each student on choosing courses, meeting college deadlines, and fitting college classes around the Haven schedule.

Other ways to earn college credit at Haven

• AP classes on campus (2026–27): AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP English Literature and Composition, and AP Business with Personal Finance
• AP exams given at Haven

The rest of high school at Haven

Full-time (Monday–Thursday on campus, plus Friday classes and small-group tutoring) or hybrid (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday). Secular, accredited by Cognia and the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC), and NCAA approved, with lower student-to-teacher ratios.
